We use other Nature's Rite products with good success. The ingredients in this sleep blend are very good. First time trying this product. Unfortunately, my husband took one night dose and his heart was racing all night. I advised he not use it anymore. His body must not like one of the herbs. We'd really hoped it would help him. I'm sure others won't react the same way, though. It's always nice to have good natural products to look to for help.
