SHIPPING

Standard and free shipping normally takes approx 1-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.

All customers: We prefer to ship to addresses where someone will be available to accept delivery; this helps ensure safe delivery of your order. We are happy to ship to business/work addresses. USPS is our primary shipper and we also use UPS and FedEx Ground shipping. For deliveries to the contiguous United States, standard shipping charge for orders less than $69 is $6.99.

Free standard shipping on orders $69 and more within the contiguous United States. Do you qualify for free shipping?

1. You must have at least $69 worth of products in your shopping cart (excluding tax and shipping) and

2. Your order is being shipped to an address within the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii).

For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for shipping rates.

Customers who ship to APO/FPO addresses are required to pay actual shipping costs (USPS Priority), which will not appear during the checkout process - you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Currently, we do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.

RETURNS

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund. Exceptions: Discontinued products or items bought in bulk amounts are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be pre-arranged with Wise Old Tree Herbs and must be made within 30 days of original order date. We do not charge a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless an error was made on the part of Wise Old Tree Herbs. Refund for product only (and excluding original shipping charge on the customer's order, unless an error was made on the part of Wise Old Tree Herbs) will be issued in the form of original payment method.

CLAIMS

As stated above, we prefer to ship to addresses where someone will be available to accept delivery; this helps ensure safe delivery of your order. We are happy to ship to business/work addresses. Customers who claim the shipper (FedEx/UPS/USPS) failed to properly deliver their order must contact us within 21 days of original order date. Claims made 22 days and beyond after the original order was placed will not be honored or investigated further.
