For oral problem relief and routine oral cleansing. Whole body health begins in your mouth. More powerful than a simple mouth wash. Approximately 16 servings per container.

Directions: Put 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce in your mouth and swish vigorously for 10 to 20 minutes. Longer rinsing provides more cleansing effect. Use before and after dental work to maintain a clean, healthy mouth. For regular maintenance, once weekly is sufficient.

Note: For acute conditions, limit use to no more than 20 minutes, 4x daily for 7 days. For long-term use, do not exceed more than 20 minutes twice weekly. Do not freeze.
